Premium Front to Rear System
Description
The premium t5 is our top of the range front to rear sheeting system. The compact spring arrangement has been uniquely designed to fit European specification bodies while maximising pressure. These six-finger springs offer the equivalent force to a 40 coil underbody arrangement.
The extruded aluminium arms are designed for strength. A 45 degree angle ensures maximum clearance during loading and gives greater downforce in the rear position to prevent lifting whilst travelling. The aluminium roller-bar is also extruded with grooves for easy installation of the super tough sheet. Our super tough sheet is designed for any use, up to and including scrap. The life expectancy of this specialist material is five times that of our standard material and sits like a carpet over the load.
The driving force of any sheeting system is the motor. The super duty motor used with the t5 is again designed specifically for sheeting systems and simply has no rivals. On this we offer a 5 year warranty because we know it will last. The high torque motor rolls the tarp around the roller bar pulling the arms to the front of the body; as the arms are moving to the front, the springs are increasing in their tension. In reverse, the springs pull the arms to the rear of the body, covering the load. All components have been specifically designed to give you the toughest, hardest wearing, and best looking sheeting system in the world.
