Premium trailer front to rear
Description
t5t is our top of the range premium sheeting system for trailers, with a five
year warranty on motor and springs. The patented compact spring
arrangement has been uniquely designed to fit European trailers.
The twelve-finger springs assemblies is guaranteed for 10,000 cycles. The
extruded aluminium arms are designed for strength. The 45 degree angle, casts
ensures maximum clearance during loading and gives greater down-force in the
rear position to prevent lifting whilst travelling.
Our super tough sheet is designed for any use, up to and including scrap. The
life expectancy of this specialist material is five times that of our standard
material and sits like a carpet over the load.
The driving force of any sheeting system is the motor. The super duty motor used
with the T5T is specifically designed for sheeting systems, and simply has no
rivals.
The high torque motor rolls the tarp around the roller bar pulling the
arms to the front of the body; as the arms are moving to the front, the
springs are increasing in their tension.
In reverse, the springs pull the arms to the rear of the body, covering the
load.
